Refund and Returns Policy
At Zenuxe, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your chair purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- The chair must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All original accessories and documentation must be included.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation email.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@zenuxe.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Depending on the reason for the return, we will provide a return shipping label.
- Once we receive the returned chair and verify that it meets the conditions above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your chair for a different model, please follow the return process outlined above.
- Once we receive your returned chair, we will process your exchange and ship the new chair to you.
- You will be responsible for any difference in price between the two models.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Used chairs that are not in original condition.
- Chairs without original packaging and accessories.
Please Note:
- We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product).
- We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
- In accordance with Brazilian consumer protection laws, defective products will be handled with appropriate care, and the customer has rights to repair, replace, or refund.
