About Our Chairs
What types of chairs do you sell? We offer a curated selection of premium seating, including elegant Armchairs, Dining chairs, Lounge chairs, and iconic Egg chairs designed to elevate any space.
What materials are used in Zenuxe chairs? We prioritize durability and aesthetics. Depending on the model, we use solid wood, high-performance fabrics, premium leathers, and ergonomic mesh. Detailed material specifications are listed on each product page.
Are the chairs delivered assembled? To ensure your furniture arrives without damage, most chairs are shipped partially unassembled. We include clear instructions and all necessary hardware for quick and easy setup.
How do I choose the right chair for my space? Consider the primary use (dining vs. lounging) and the height of your existing tables. If you need help with dimensions or style matching, our team is happy to provide personalized recommendations.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 100% Free for all orders delivered within Brazil. No minimum spend is required.
How long will it take to receive my order? * Processing: 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery: Typically 6 to 8 business days after shipping, depending on your region.
How can I track my order? Once shipped, we will email you a código de rastreamento (tracking number). You can use this on our carrier’s website to follow your chair’s journey to your door.
Payments & Security
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Elo), Pix for instant processing, and Boleto Bancário.
Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols. Zenuxe does not store your credit card details on our servers.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy? You can return an unused chair in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, you also have a 7-day "Right of Regret" for a full refund with no shipping costs.
Do your chairs have a warranty? Yes! All Zenuxe chairs come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers materials and workmanship but does not cover wear and tear or misuse.
What if my chair arrives damaged? Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us at contact@zenuxe.com within 48 hours with photos of the box and the product so we can arrange a swift replacement.
