Right of Regret
At Zenuxe, we fully respect and comply with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8.078/1990). We want you to feel completely secure when shopping for our chairs online.
1. What is the Right of Regret?
According to Article 49 of the CDC, customers who purchase products outside of a physical commercial establishment (via internet or phone) have the right to withdraw from the purchase within a “cooling-off” period.
2. The 7-Day Window
You have 7 (seven) calendar days from the date you receive your product to exercise your Right of Regret. During this period, you may cancel your purchase for any reason, even if the product is not defective.
3. How to Exercise Your Right
To initiate a cancellation under the Right of Regret:
- Contact us within the 7-day period via contact@zenuxe.com.
- State that you wish to exercise your “Right of Regret” for Order #[Your Order Number].
- The item must be returned in its original condition, preferably in its original packaging, and must be accompanied by the invoice (Nota Fiscal).
4. Shipping and Costs
- Return Label: As per our standard policy, a pre-paid return label is included in your package.
- Zero Cost: Exercising your Right of Regret involves no cost to you. We will cover the return shipping, and there are no restocking fees.
5. Full Refund
Once you exercise this right, Zenuxe will refund the total amount paid, including the original shipping costs (if any).
- The refund will be processed via the original payment method.
- For Credit Cards, the reversal will be requested from the card issuer immediately (the actual posting depends on your bank’s billing cycle).
- For Pix or Boleto, the amount will be deposited into your account within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
