Refund and Returns Policy
At Zenuxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new chair. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you were looking for, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and fully compliant with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC).
1. Right of Regret (7-Day Window)
In accordance with Article 49 of the CDC, you have the right to desist from your purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving your product, for any reason, with no shipping costs to you.
The chair must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the tax invoice (Nota Fiscal).
A full refund (including original shipping costs, if any) will be processed once the item is returned to us.
2. Standard Returns (30-Day Window)
Beyond the initial 7-day legal period, Zenuxe extends a total 30-day return window for your peace of mind.
Conditions: The chair must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.
Shipping Costs: For standard returns (not related to defects or the 7-day rule), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Defective Products (Legal Warranty)
If your chair arrives with a manufacturing defect or develops a fault, you are protected by the Legal Warranty:
Reporting: Please contact us at contact@zenuxe.com with photos or videos of the defect.
Resolution: Per Brazilian law, we have up to 30 days to repair the item. If a repair is not possible, you may choose between a replacement, a full refund, or a proportional price discount.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Email contact@zenuxe.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Shipment: We will provide instructions for the return shipment. Please ensure the chair is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, we will inspect it within 3 to 5 business days.
Refund/Exchange: Upon approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method. For credit card purchases, the reversal may appear in 1 to 2 billing cycles, depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges
To exchange your chair for a different model:
Follow the return process above.
Once the original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.
Any price difference between the models must be settled before the new item is shipped.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards.
Chairs that show clear signs of use, wear, or damage caused by improper assembly.
Items missing original documentation (Nota Fiscal) or essential hardware.
