You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your chair must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Easy Returns (Pre-paid Label Included)

We want to make the process as seamless as possible.

  • Every Zenuxe order includes a pre-printed Return Shipping Label inside the original package.

  • Simply repackage the item, attach the included label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

3. No Restocking Fees

We believe you should be able to try out our products without worry. Zenuxe does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

  • Payment Method: The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
