1. Delivery Timelines

We know you’re excited to receive your order. We work hard to ensure your chairs reach you within the following timeframe:

  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Transit Time: 6–8 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Total Estimated Delivery time: 7–10 Business Days

2. Shipping Costs

We believe in simple, transparent pricing. That is why we offer:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Brazil.

  • No minimum purchase is required.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress as it makes its way to your door.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We currently ship to addresses within Brazil. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to redirect it.

5. Damaged Shipments

Our chairs are packaged with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact our support team right away at contact@zenuxe.com.
