1. Processing & Handling
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Business Days: Processing and shipping occur Monday through Friday, excluding Brazilian national holidays.
Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (código de rastreamento).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on every purchase made within the Brazilian territory.
Estimated Delivery: Typically 6 to 8 business days after the order has been processed.
Variations: Please note that delivery times are estimates. Actual arrival dates may vary based on carrier demand, weather conditions, or remote locations (e.g., specific regions in the North or Northeast).
3. Tracking Your Shipment
You can monitor your delivery in real-time. Use the tracking link (link de rastreamento) provided in your confirmation email to visit the carrier's portal for the most up-to-date status of your chair.
4. Important Delivery Notes for Furniture
Delivery Access: Our carriers deliver to the ground floor/entrance of the provided address. Please ensure that the dimensions of the chair (and its packaging) are compatible with your elevators, hallways, or doors.
Assembly: Unless explicitly stated on the product page, chairs are shipped unassembled to ensure their safety during transit.
International Shipping: We currently focus on the Brazilian market. For inquiries regarding international shipping, please contact us at contact@zenuxe.com.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives with any issues:
Damaged Items: If the chair or packaging appears damaged upon arrival, please take photos immediately and contact us at contact@zenuxe.com with your order number. We recommend noting the damage on the delivery receipt (conhecimento de transporte).
Lost Shipments: If your tracking information stops updating or exceeds the estimated window, please notify us. We will open an investigation with the carrier to locate your shipment or provide a replacement.
